Such person in his or her organisation doesn't struggle to get favor, assistance or anything he or she is seeking for in such organisation ,before he calls ,answer is already on the way.

Those are the people that love their work and their work place, there is always enthusiasm towards work place ,always looking forward to being at work ,weekend is a very long holiday for them ,all of these are as a result of being the favourite of his or her boss. Such person is always being envied by other staff who are not ready to pay the price that he or she is paying to become the boss favourite.

1) READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING YOUR EMPLOYMENT 

Becoming your boss favourite begins from the first day of your employment, it's starts from looking critically into the employment letter you are given. To every job, there are rules and regulations governing your job that will be clearly written on your employment letter. Most of the times , employee don't pay attention to this and they don't even bother to read them.If you don't read them how will you know what is expected of you by your boss, this is the beginning of having problems with your boss when you are not meeting up to expectations and to them you are being disobedient not knowing that you never went through your employment letter to see what is expected of you at work. Who is to blame if you are receiving quarries upon quarries? Nobody but you.

If you are in this category, you can go back and read through your employment letter and then know what is expected of you by your boss and begin to do them, before you know what's happening, your boss will start seeing a changed person and that is can be the beginning of becoming your boss favourite.

2) BE THE ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO TAKE INITIATIVES

Employers get frustrated and irritated easily with employee who will never take initiative by themselves until the boss does that for them. How can a staff who is at his duty post while working encountered a difficult situation ,instead of him to find away to solve the problem, he will prefer to put the work on hold and be waiting for the boss to come and do something about the challenge he is facing , even if it takes months or years for the boss to come back ,nothing will be done . Taking initiatives by employee is an attitude that every boss loves and looks forward to in his or her staff, it brings about beauty to your work.

3) ENSURE YOU ALWAYS MEET UP WITH DEADLINES 

Not meeting deadlines is something boss don't joke with, if you want to be the favourite of your boss,don't play with deadlines, do all you can to ensure to be the type of staff that will never miss deadlines, let meeting deadlines be your principle at work ,if it's going to cost you your convenience, time and even your personal money ,ensure you do that. Those sacrifices you are making today to meet up with deadlines at work will pay off later.

One of the things you will earn by always meeting up with deadlines is favoritism by your boss, you may be thinking that nobody is seeing the effort you are making but a day is coming when it will pay off for you. Keep it up and don't be discouraged.

4) SEEK ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING

You should know that there is always a need for improvement, don't just be on one spot doing the same thing over and over again in the same way.It doesn't help you neither your employer, every day new ways or methods of doing what you are doing are coming up, you must move with the trend ,if care is not taken, you may be replaced by another person who knows more than what you are doing and have better ways of improving the company's products or services.

Character is what attracts people to you, people will always want to work with people of good characters such as integrity, honesty and good attitude towards work. No boss will want to put his work in the hand of a staff who doesn't have good attitude towards what he is doing, or send a man of dishonest behaviour to do a work that requires money.

Good character places you in front of people, as a somebody who is receiving services from an organisation, you will prefer that a particular staff that always deals with you with integrity and honesty to always work for you.If everyone prefers a particular staff, or most people come to an organisation because of a particular staff ,without doubt, such staff will become the favourite of the boss among the rest of the staff because he or she as become the engine room of the organisation.
