HOW TO COMPLETELY SECURE YOUR CAR FROM THEFT ANYWHERE
For instance , assuming after taken your lunch and you are set to go and you came out from the restaurant and you walk majestically to the car park ,on getting their you find out that your car is missing. * You will see people looking and searching everywhere if their car is very small that can not easily be seen
* You will see a dramatic expression how they drove the car to that spot, reverse and find a place to park . (Temporal madness )

1) BEING CONSCIOUS BEFORE YOU PARK YOUR CAR
Don't ever be in haste to park your car and don't park you car anywhere any how,be very careful to look at the environment where you are about to park.if the place looks unsecured, don't park ,you car move ahead to another safe place,don't mind the distance to where you are going,it's better for you to trek a little for a moment than continue trekking after your car has been stolen.
2) ENSURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING
Many at times we just assume that we will ask people on the road to show us the way to where we are going, sometimes this may be dangerous, you don't know whom you are about asking to show the way ,he may be a car snatcher, directing you to where you can be attacked and your car stolen. Ensure you know where you are going before embarking on your journey, this can safe you from car theft.
3) STOP LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS INSIDE CAR
In case your car got stolen ,you may be fortunate that the thief is pulled over by the police, if the auto registration is found by the thief and presented to the police,he may get away with your car and you may not have the opportunity to see you car again.If the car is being driven by many people, you can hide the auto registration in a place in the car only known by the drivers.
4) DON'T PARK IN THE DARK
Evil things are perpetrated in the car ,no matter how open the place may be, since the environment is dark, thief can easily steal your car in such places, hence park your car in a well lit places, it's for the security of your car.
5) LOCK YOUR CAR ALWAYS
Develop this habit of always locking your car always ,whether you are inside or outside the car. When you are also driving ,ensure you always lock the car and be extra careful when you find yourself in a traffic, do a second check if the car doors are properly locked.
6) DON'T KEEP CAR RUNNING UNATTENDED
Don't think of quickly get out of the car and buy something along the road while your car is running, don't get out of car while the car is running to quickly greet a friend and talk a little. Always put off your car engine ,lock your car no matter how few is the minute you are spending outside your car.
7) DON'T KEEP YOUR CAR KEY(S) INSIDE THE CAR
Sometimes you may want to keep your car key inside the car especially if you are using remote controlled key lock system for your car or keep the extra keys. This is very dangerous, if the thief get access into your car and they find your car key, your guess is as good and correct as mine.
8) WHEN PARKED CLOSE EVERY POSSIBLE ENTRANCE
When you park your car, your doors, sun-roof,windows must be properly and tightly closed and double check before you leave.
9) YOUR VALUABLES MUST BE KEPT OUT OF SIGHT IN YOUR CAR
If you have some valuables especially those that are attractive inside the car, ensure you keep them out of sight for parser by ,you can put them in your car bonnet (not inside opened bonnet but covered bonnet) ,under your car seat , just ensure they cannot easily be seen .
10) ENSURE YOU ETCHE YOUR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Thieves find it difficult to steal cars that the vehicle identification numbers are etched on all the windows of the car, when you etched it on your windows it serves as a security for your car ,no thief will want to start removing this number from stolen cars and even trying to do so will actually expose them and they may be caught while doing so.
11) INSTALL ANTI-THEFT
Thieves are always reluctant to steal a car with anti-theft device because with it ,the car can easily be recovered after stolen, hence they don't want to waste their time on such cars. Some cars come with factory fitted anti-theft, if yours doesn't have it, you can install it. There are company around that install it ,ask around you or go online to search, you will definitely find one or more companies that install anti-theft.
Before I conclude, let me mention the type of anti-theft that you can install ,you can go for any one of these when next you are going to install it.
* Police tracking anti-theft system- it emits signals that can be tracked by police
* Auto-alarming anti-theft system - This starts alarming whenever the key is removed from ignition.
* Ignition cut off anti-theft system- This cut off the ignition and prevent the car from starting
* Auto steering wheel lock anti-theft system : This automatically locks the steering wheel
